Boil jumbo shells ~10 min (they’ll finish in the oven).

Brown venison with onion until done. Then add in garlic and seasonings, and let sauté another minute before adding in marinara sauce. Set aside and simmer.

Mix ricotta & drained cottage cheese. Season ricotta mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add a layer of sauce to the baking dish.

Stuff shells with the ricotta mix. Place in dish, top with more sauce, mozzarella & parmesan.

Bake at 400°F (covered) for 20 min. Uncover, then broil until golden brown.
