Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground venison, breaking it apart as it cooks.

When the venison is about halfway cooked, add the chopped shrimp, butter, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Cook until the shrimp is done and the vegetables have softened.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute before stirring in the Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, and water. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix well and stir in the uncooked rice. Transfer to a baking dish and cover tightly with foil or a lid. Bake for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven, vent the foil or lid, and let rest for 10–15 minutes. Fluff the rice, serve, and enjoy!
