In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, minced bacon, grated shallots, grated garlic, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, SPG seasoning, and dried parsley.

Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, being careful not to overwork the meat. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet or tray.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the meatballs on all sides until browned. They do not need to be fully cooked through at this stage.

Transfer the meatballs to a crockpot.

In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, and brown sugar until well combined. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.

Cover and cook on Low for 4–6 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are fully cooked and tender. Give everything a final stir and serve hot.
