Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate while preparing the remaining ingredients: mayo, tomato bouillon powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika.

Slice one large onion. Thinly shave half and slice the other half for frying.

Soak sliced onions in buttermilk and Creole seasoning for 5 minutes. Mix flour, creole seasoning, and pepper in another bowl.

Remove onions from buttermilk, coat in flour mixture, and fry at 350°F until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Form ground venison into 4 thin patties and season with SPG. Cook patties on a skillet or flat top over medium-high heat until done. Add white American cheese during the last minute to melt.

Toast sesame seed buns lightly.- Sauce on top and bottom bun. Add crispy onions, slice of cheese, two patties with cheese, lettuce, pickles, shaved onion, and top bun.
