Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground wild turkey until fully browned, and season the turkey with SPG and Cajun seasoning to taste.

Lower heat and add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced bacon, and jalapeños directly into
the pan. Stir everything together until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is fully combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly

Lay an eggroll wrapper in a diamond shape. Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling to the center. Fold the bottom corner over, filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal edges with water

Heat oil to 350°F. Fry eggrolls in batches for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain

Let cool slightly and serve hot with ranch dressing
