Clean the turkey breast, removing any silver skin.

Add turkey breast, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and SPG seasoning to an Instant Pot or slow cooker.

Instant Pot: Cook on Poultry (High Pressure) for 30 minutes.
Slow Cooker: Cook on Low for about 6 hours.

Remove turkey and chop or shred into small pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving about 1 tablespoon bacon grease.

Add diced jalapeños and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add chopped turkey, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, and salt and pepper.

Mix until well combined and the cream cheese is melted.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top

Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.

Broil in the oven 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot with Frito Scoops or tortilla chips.
