1
Cut the thigh off the turkey leg and season all sides with SPG seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey on all sides until browned. Add turkey to a crockpot with enough chicken broth to cover the meat, 5 cloves of garlic, and a little Cajun seasoning.
2
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone. Remove turkey from the crockpot, shred the meat, and set aside.
3
Flatten your pizza dough into a large pizza shape. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough as the sauce.
4
Top with shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, shredded wild turkey, and cooked diced bacon. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil.
5
Preheat your oven with a pizza steel inside at 550 degrees for at least 20 minutes. Transfer pizza to the hot pizza steel and cook until the crust is golden brown and the bottom has good color.
6
Remove from the oven and grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top. Drizzle a little extra ranch over the pizza before slicing. Slice and enjoy hot!
