Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, add the venison breakfast sausage, biscuit mix, seasoning packet, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, red pepper fl akes, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined. Using your hands works best.

Roll the mixture into evenly sized sausage balls and place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

This recipe makes about 20–25 sausage balls, depending on size. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
