Cook ground venison in a skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat apart as fine as possible.

Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until thickened and set aside.

Warm hard shell tacos in the oven according to package instructions.

In a skillet over medium-low heat, warm one side of a soft tortilla for about 30 seconds.

Flip the tortilla and add enough fiesta blend cheese to fully cover the tortilla. Cover and let melt.

Press a warm hard shell taco into the cheesy side of the tortilla so it sticks together. Fill with venison taco meat.

Top with Baja sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and extra shredded cheese. Serve hot and enjoy.
