Add the ground venison to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the olive oil to the same skillet. Add the shallots and bell pepper and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Pour in the beef broth and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Stir in the uncooked ditalini pasta, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

Remove the lid and stir in the heavy cream, spinach, crispy venison, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well incorporated and the spinach has wilted.
